Every Label Hinal Jain piece is crafted exclusively for you based on your measurements. As each garment is made-to-measure, we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

Your perfect fit is our priority. If your garment doesn't fit as intended, we're happy to offer a complimentary alteration or one free remake under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Requests should be accompanied by clear photographs and details of the fit issue.
- In some cases, we may require updated body measurements before proceeding with an alteration or remake.

Please Note
- Our Perfect Fit Guarantee applies only to fit-related concerns and not to changes in design preference, color choice, fabric selection, or personal style preferences after the order has been placed.

- Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.
- Garments that have been altered by a third party will not be eligible for our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
